Ordinance ~ Discuss, consider and/or approve amending an ordinance of the City of Code of Ordinance Chapter 94, Article VI “Parades and Street Closures” of the Code of Ordinances; retitling Article VI as “Parades, Street Closures and Special Events”; amending and expanding the regulations governing parades, special events, mass gatherings, and temporary street closures; establishing permit requirements, application deadlines, standards for approval or denial; establishing fees and insurance requirements; establishing offenses, penalties, and civil and administrative penalties; providing for a cumulative & conflicts clause; providing a severability clause; and providing an effective date.
