1. Presentation from Garver LLC on the North Water Treatment Plant revised design, bid, construction management, and application engineering services.

2. Contract ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve contract Work Authorization No. 17 to the standard contract agreement between the City of Bay City, Texas and Garver, LLC for Professional Engineering Services for the Design, Bid, and Construction of the North Water Plant under the Texas Water Development Board funding for Drinking Water SRF Projects.

3. Contract ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve contract Work Authorization No. 18 to the standard contract agreement between the City of Bay City, Texas and Garver, LLC for Application Engineering Services (AES) for the Construction of the North Water Treatment Plant under the Texas Water Development Board Direct Appropriation funding for Drinking Water Projects.

4. Contract ~ Discuss, consider and/or approve entering into a 10-year water storage maintenance plan with Maguire Iron, Inc. through The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), for the annual inspection, cleaning, repair, rehabilitation, and maintenance of the City’s elevated and ground storage tanks, in an amount not to exceed $4,479,429 over the 10-year term, and authorize the Mayor to execute all related agreements approved as to form by the City Attorney.
