4. Appointment ~ Discuss, consider and/or approve the selection of a new Bay City Community Development Corporation Board member.
3. Consider and approve ratification of Mayor’s signature to participate in the Purdue Opioid Settlement.
5. Contract ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve the contract with FGM Architects for Phase II design services and contract administration.
6. Ordinance ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve an Ordinance of the City of Bay City, Texas approving the 2025 Annual update to the Service and Assessment Plan and Assessment Roll for the Russell Ranch Public Improvement District including the collection of the 2025 Annual Installments.
7. Contract ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve awarding contracts for Disaster Clearance and Removal Services under RFP No. 25-0001 to the top-ranked proposer and the next two highest-ranked responsive firms to be retained as secondary contractors, and authorize the Mayor and/or City Manager to execute the contracts.
8. Resolution ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve a resolution of support to petition the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) to perform a route feasibility study for a future State Highway 35 truck route in the vicinity of Bay City.
