Agreement ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve an agreement with Lynn Engineering to provide engineering services under the Community Development Block Grant - Mitigation Program (CDBG-MIT), General Land Office (GLO) Contract No. 24-065-149-F008, for Flood and Drainage Improvements in the City of Bay City - Area 14 and Area 19, in the amount of $379,309.50, and authorize the Mayor and/or City Manager to execute the agreement.
