5. Interlocal Agreement ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Bay City, Texas, and Bay City Community Development Corporation for a Matagorda County Aquatics Center. Scotty Jones, City Manager

Resolution ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Bay City, Texas approving a project of the Bay City Community Development Corporation regarding an Aquatics Center Project including funding participation from other Local Governmnetal entities (First Reading). 7. Procurement ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve the purchase of a 2025 Tymco Model 600 Street Sweeper from TYMCO, Inc. of Waco, Texas through the Buyboard Purchasing Cooperative; authorize the City Manager to execute all related purchase documents; and approve a declaration of unusable equipment as surplus and authorize staff to sell said surplus equipment through the use of an online auction or other means. Contract ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve an agreement with GrantWorks, Inc. to provide grant administration services under the Community Development Block Grant – Mitigation Program (CDBG-MIT), General Land Office (GLO) Contract No. 24- 065-149-F008, and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement.
