Resolution ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve a resolution of the City council of the City of Bay City, Texas recognizing the appointment of Becca Sitz and the re- appointment of DC Dunham to the board of directors to Reinvestment Zone Number Three (3), city of Bay City, Texas. 12. Property ~ Discuss, consider, and/ or approve a declaration of unusable equipment, supplies, and materials as surplus and authorize staff to sell said surplus equipment, supplies, and materials through the use of an online auction or other means. Jeanna Thompson, City Secretary

Ordinance ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Bay City, Texas ordering a General Municipal Election to be held on May 3, 2025; authorizing the Mayor, or designee, to enter into an agreement with Matagorda County to conduct the General Municipal Election of behalf of the city of Bay City; designating the places of and manner of holding the election; providing for the posting and publication of notice; providing a savings clause; providing an open meetings cluse; and providing an effective date.
