11.Agreement ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve Work Authorization 1 with Urban Engineering for engineering design and construction management services related to the drainage project at the Del Norte subdivision, specifically along Nichols Avenue. Herb Blomquist, Public Works Director
13.Ordinance ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve an ordinance by the City Council of the City of Bay City, Texas authorizing the issuance and sale of the City of Bay City, Texas Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2024E; levying a tax and providing for the security and payment thereof; and enacting other provisions relating thereto.
