APPROVAL OF AGENDA

1. Lyn McCalister, citizen of Bay City, would like to discuss the two trees located between her residence and Sonic

2. Discuss the installation of a temporary filter to lower arsenic levels at the Avenue I water plant.

3. Discuss, Consider and/or Approve the contract with Garver, LLC for the arsenic removal study.

4. Receive an update on E4E2 from City Manager, Shawna Burkhart

5. Discuss and accept a donation of six athletic field light poles from Matagorda Construction and materials to include crane installation at Hardeman Park. This city will accept all costs for design, refurbishment, trucking and construction costs which are not to exceed $72,500.

6. Receive an update on Public Works from Director Barry Calhoun.
