Ordinance ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve an Ordinance of the City of Bay City, Texas adopting a "Budget Amendment #3" to the "Annual Budget of the City of Bay City, Texas, for the Fiscal Year 2022"; providing for supplemental appropriation and/or transfer of certain funds; providing for severability; and providing other matters related to the subject.

10. Property ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve relocation of Art League lease from 1915 5th Street to 2001 5th Street with consideration of conveying property in lieu of lease
11. Policy ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve the appointment of Council Members as Liaisons to City Administrative Divisions.
