7. Report on Hardeman Park projects
8. Public Hearing on the creation of Reinvestment Zone and its benefits to the City of Bay City and to provide a reasonable opportunity for any owner of property within the proposed Reinvestment Zone to protest the inclusion of their property within the proposed Reinvestment Zone.
9. Ordinance ~ an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Bay City, Texas, designating a contiguous geographic area within the City as a Reinvestment Zone pursuant to Chapter 311 of the Texas Tax Code, to be known as Reinvestment Zone Number Four, City of Bay City; describing the boundaries of the zone; creating a Board of Directors for the zone; establishing a tax increment fund for the zone; containing findings related to the creation of the zone; providing a date for the termination of the zone; providing that the zone take effect immediately upon passage of the ordinance; providing a severability clause; and providing an effective date.
10. Discuss, consider, and/or approve advertising a request for proposal (RFP) and to formally solicit bids for Benefit Consulting Services. Rhonda Clegg, Director of Human Resources
11. Presentation ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve the staff to proceed with the facilitation of the "Day of the Dead" event. Samantha Denbow
12. Ordinance ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve an ordinance amending the City Code of Ordinances relating to Chapter 114 Utilities, Article IV ("Sewers and Sewage Disposal"), Division 4 ("Repair of sanitary Sewer Leaks on Private Property"); providing penalties; providing for repeal all prior low in conflict herewith; and providing for an effective date. 13. Budget ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve the purchase of an Asphalt Spreader for the Street department. Scotty Jones, Finance Director
